What do we have to offer?
Pay Rate: RN: Up to $45/hr | LPN: Up to $38/hr - D.O.E. (PRN not included in this rate)
Shifts: Shift Differentials - PM - $2.00; NOC - $3.00
Classification: Hourly, non-exempt. Full Time & Part Time available. (NO PRN AVAILABLE).
Tuition Reimbursement: After 6 months of employment for studies in Nursing Sciences.
$4K for FT employees,
$2K for PT employees

What do we need from you?
(Please note, this list is not all-inclusive and other related duties may be assigned)
To provide the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing and directing the nursing functions of residents within the assigned area.
To initiate and implement resident care plans
To maintain acceptable standards of patient care
To help us identify potential problems and help us find the solution
To implement physician’s orders accurately and promptly
To prepare and administer medications and intravenous solutions ordered by physician skillfully and correctly.
To maintain the standards of accurate and complete recording and reporting.
To support and enforce infection-control policies and procedures.
To be resourceful and remain calm in emergency situations.
To keep Nursing Supervisor informed of patients, needs, and problems on the nursing unit.
To cooperate and maintain a good rapport with colleagues, medical staff, other departments, and visitors.
To accept assignments as needed to provide necessary care for residents.
What do you bring to the table?
Registered nurse (R. N.) with valid license.
One to two years of experience in a long-term care environment, preferably.
Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) will be considered if licensure is received within forty-five days of employment.
Computer literacy.
Great interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
Other federally regulated requirements:
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check, including (MVR) moving vehicle records.
Must have or be willing to receive the Flu-Shot Vaccine, and TB testing.
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening, including cannabis.
Must be willing to undergo biometric screening.
